Herringbone Fetherston Jacket

Samuel Snider's reference for this style was a men’s jacket from the early 20th century, bearing the handwritten name “J.P. Fetherston, Aug. 1918” on the inner pocket. Two front darts create subtle shaping through the waist, while the relaxed shoulder and sleeve opening allow for ease of movement.

For Fall, the Fetherston is cut in pure merino wool herringbone, woven by Magee in Donegal, Ireland. Left unlined, as in the summer version, it keeps the same easy structure while remaining light enough to throw on as an effortless layer as the season turns.

Finished with Italian horn buttons, three front patch pockets, an interior patch pocket, a peak lapel, and a cuff vent.
