Most orders placed with standard shipping after 12/14 will be sent with USPS and may arrive by 12/24, but is not guaranteed. Please get in touch with any questions!
We ship via USPS and UPS for a flat fee of $8.00. Standard shipping is 3-5 business days within the US depending on location. Most shipments go out the following day. Please call or email us should you require a faster shipping option.
We ship internationally to most countries. Delivery times vary for any shipment outside the US. All taxes and duties are the responsibility of the recipient and we are not able to estimate these costs. There are no refunds or exchanges on international orders.
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase we will issue a refund for full price merchandise. Before returning items you must get approval via phone or email. Please do not return packages without approval. Items must be returned within 14 days of receipt in unused condition and in original packaging. Any item that is not in the same condition as it was shipped will not be accepted as a return. All sale items, apothecary, books, jewelry and lingerie are final sale and cannot be returned. There are no refunds or exchanges on international orders. Shipping costs are non-refundable and return shipping fees are the responsibility of the customer. Returns take 7 days to process.
