Collection: Ricorrrobe

Ricorrrobe is the London-based label of Japanese designer Rico Tsubota, founded in 2015 after more than thirteen years of working as a pattern cutter for London fashion houses. That technical foundation is evident in every piece: the cuts are clean, precise, and deeply considered, designed for versatility and longevity rather than seasonal relevance. Rico works alongside a small team in her London studio, where all cutting, sewing, and dyeing is done by hand in limited quantities. Production is made-to-order, eliminating waste and ensuring that nothing is made without purpose. Materials are sourced from premium English mills — flax, wool, and cotton — chosen for their quality and the way they move and soften over time. The result is a quietly confident wardrobe of pieces that transcend trends and reward long-term wear. Ricorrrobe is slow fashion in its truest form: unhurried, handmade, and built for a lifetime. Alder & Co. has carried Rico's work since the shop's early days.
